At VALYN, all orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Dubai, UAE.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed before 2 PM UAE time on business days are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

International
- AED 147 via DHL Express (5-10 business days)
- Free shipping on international orders over AED 918
- We currently do not ship to the United States or Israel

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These are not included in the shipping cost.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
