RETURN WINDOW
You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

HOW TO RETURN
To initiate a return, email us at valynwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

EXCHANGES
We offer free exchanges for size or color. We cover return shipping for all exchange requests.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
