Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of order placement. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery times

United Arab Emirates (local)

  • Free shipping on orders over $75 USD
  • Orders under $75: $5.45 USD flat rate
  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch

GCC region (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar)

  • Free shipping on orders over $120 USD
  • Orders under $120: $16.35 USD flat rate
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

International (rest of world)

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs

International orders — duties and taxes

International orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. These charges will be requested by the carrier on delivery.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched. If you don't receive tracking within 2 business days of order confirmation, email valynwear@gmail.com.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window or appears lost in transit, email us with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reissue the shipment or refund you in full.

Failed delivery attempts

Couriers will make up to 3 delivery attempts for UAE orders, and up to 2 attempts for international orders. If all attempts fail and the package is returned to us, we'll contact you to either reship (additional shipping fee applies) or refund minus the original shipping cost.
