Return window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, body odor, or damage from use cannot be accepted.
How to request a return
Email valynwear@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. We'll email you when the refund is issued.
Exchanges
Once we receive your return, the new item is dispatched within 2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number when it ships.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, VALYN covers the return shipping cost and offers a full refund or replacement at no charge. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Items not eligible for return
- Items returned outside the 14-day window
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage from use
- Items with tags removed
